About our Auction Access Program
If you are an eBayer or an Exporter and you need access to the tens of thousands of motorcycles, atvs, pwc and other power sports equipment available at Manheim, Copart or NPA auctions we can provide the brokerages services you need. |
Our auction broker service means no-hassle buying service for volume buyers. If you are not a licensed dealer and don’t have direct access to wholesale purchasing our fee based program may be for you.

HOW OUR BUYING SERVICES FUNCTION:
Working with our auction staff is easy, simply supply your broker with all pertinent information regarding your desired purchases, establish a method of payment (e.g., cash, wire transfer, certified check, bank line of credit etc.); and, provide your broker with a non-refundable $1000 "retainer" to commence the search.
At the conclusion of the inventory search, which typically takes 3-4 days, your P-W-Broker will contact you with the results. You will have the details on each located motorcycle’s (e.g., color, equipment, etc.) as well as the units’ book value wholesale prices. Should you choose to proceed in buying this “lot” we will complete the transaction and coordinate your pick up or delivery. It’s pretty simple but you have to have the funds verified in advance to utilize this service.

As a licensed and bonded dealer our Brokers work solely for the benefit of their clients. As such, by law, cannot accept any form of payment (e.g., side commissions, fees, etc.) from any licensed dealer or auction. What does this mean to you? It means that you can rest assured that your Broker works strictly for you. All auction data associated with the purchase is provide as additional assurance of your wholesale transaction.

Your Broker, and our company, receives a specific fee for services rendered, it is vital to our success that we secure the absolute lowest price possible so that our customers will return for additional purchases - hence, we are all working toward the same goal. This is the key ingredient that makes working with our Brokers so pleasant and our results so successful.Fee structure :
Purchases up to $100,000 Fee -- 4.5% of total acquisition cost
Purchases from $100,000 to $500,000 Fee -- 4.0% of total acquisition cost
Purchases over $500,000 Fee -- 3.0% of total acquisition cost
