We use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground for most shipments. Our UPS and FedEx rates are based on the weight and size of your order. We will ship your products with the quickest and most economical carrier. Alaska
and Hawaii:
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii will be shipped Fedex and must fit in a box with dimensions of 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3" or 12" x 12" x 5-1/2" Consolidated Orders: Entire orders will be shipped together whenever possible. Splitting orders may require additional shipping charges. Order Processing: We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. In most cases we can process your order within 3 to 5 business days and you should receive your order within 7 to 12 business days. Delivery Time: Please ALLOW 4-12 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. Also, allow additional shipping time during holidays, as vendor and shipper schedules vary. Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipping Carriers: Most orders are shipped Fedex Ground or FedEx Home Delivery; however some packages will arrive UPS, USPS Flat Rate. Shipping Damage: All parts are thoroughly inspected and packaged to insure good working condition. It is beyond our control after the part is turned over to the freight carrier. The freight carrier received and signed for the part in good condition. Consequently, it is most important to protect your interest by carefully complying with the following instructions: Please inspect your cartons for any damage (including concealed damage) that might have occurred during shipping. Any damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be reported upon receipt of shipment.
